1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, inviting the KlaraAI Discord bot, or purchasing credits, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
2. Eligibility — Adults Only (18+)
This service contains explicit adult content and is strictly reserved for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
- By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- You must not allow any minor to access the service through your account or device.
- The service is not available in jurisdictions where adult roleplay content is unlawful. It is your responsibility to verify that your local laws allow you to use the service.
3. Description of the Service
KlaraAI provides an AI-powered erotic roleplay experience accessible via a Discord bot operating exclusively in private (Direct Message) channels. The service uses third-party large language models to generate fictional content based on user prompts.
All characters, scenes and outputs are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
4. User Accounts
The service is tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any activity occurring under it. Sharing accounts, automating interactions, or circumventing rate limits is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the service to generate, request or share content that:
- Depicts minors or any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — this is non-negotiable and any detected attempt will result in immediate termination and may be reported to the authorities.
- Depicts non-consensual acts in a glorifying way, real-world violence, or self-harm encouragement.
- Targets, harasses, or impersonates real, identifiable individuals.
- Violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Bypasses safety filters of upstream model providers in ways their own ToS forbid.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these rules, with or without notice.
6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
6.1 Credits
Credits are a digital, non-transferable consumption token used inside KlaraAI. 1 USD = 100 credits. Credits have no monetary value outside the service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions (Standard, Premium) are billed in credits and renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Refunds
Because credits and AI-generated content are consumed and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final, except where required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction (e.g. proven duplicate charge, proven service failure). Refund requests must be sent to support@klaraai.me.
6.4 Payment Processor
Payments are processed by third-party processors (currently Stripe). You agree to their respective terms when paying.
7. Bonus Credits, Streaks & Referrals
Free credits awarded through streaks, milestones or referrals are promotional and have no cash value. We may modify, cap, suspend or revoke these programs at any time, particularly in cases of abuse or fraud (e.g. fake accounts, mass signups, collusion). Detected fraud results in forfeiture of bonus credits and possible account termination.
8. AI-Generated Content
The service uses third-party AI models. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or offensive. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the use you make of generated content. We do not guarantee fitness for any purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
The KlaraAI brand, website, and bot interface are owned by KlaraAI, the publisher of this service. Default characters provided by KlaraAI remain our property. Custom characters you create are yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and process them as needed to operate the service.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: AI output content, third-party service outages (Discord, Stripe, model providers), or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord and discontinuing purchases. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except where required by law.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and on the Discord bot's announcements (if applicable). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marseille, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
