This service publishes and generates adult content (sexually explicit, fictional, AI-generated). Access is strictly reserved to persons aged 18 or above (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Age verification is required before any usage. By using the service, you confirm you are an adult and that the content is legal in your country.

4. Third-Party Services

The service integrates the following third-party providers:

Discord (bot platform & authentication)
Stripe (payment processing)
Groq / OpenRouter or other large-language-model providers (AI text generation)

Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policies that apply to your use of them.

5. Intellectual Property

The KlaraAI brand, logo, website design, copy, and bot interface are the property of KlaraAI. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Default characters provided in the bot remain our property. Custom characters created by users belong to their respective creators (subject to the licensing clause in our Terms of Service).

6. Reporting Illegal Content

If you believe content generated or hosted on this service is illegal (in particular content involving minors, non-consensual real persons, or violating intellectual property), please report it immediately to support@klaraai.me with the following information:

The legal grounds for the report

We will review the report and take appropriate action, including removal and account termination where applicable.

7. Applicable Law

This Legal Notice is subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marseille, France.
